• Items of Personal Information Collected: Name, Email Address, Hospital Name (Place of Employment), Address, Partner Company Name
• Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information: Identity verification, Web Symposium registration, Provision of Web Symposium viewing services (including replay services), Confirmation of viewing status and viewing time logs, Compliance with related laws such as the Medical Service Act and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Handling of service-related inquiries and complaints, and Event notifications via SMS • Retention and Use Period of Personal Information: Unless otherwise required by relevant laws, your personal information will be retained and used until one year after the conclusion of the Web Symposium.
